The roots of the Works Style Analyser are based on research in occupational psychology and initial work developing psychometric tests to select helicopter pilots in the Armed Services. This initiated a range of consultancy services in occupational psychology offered to corporate clients in the UK, Europe, USA and Australia which in turn created opportunities to assess candidates for the most senior positions in the corporate world.

The WSA system was created from the foundations of these corporate experiences and has been used by a wide range of companies across the spectrum to drive personal and corporate performance.
